Al Sraiya Holding Group Announces the Establishment of Diyafa Qatar as the Group’s Food & Beverage Arm

Doha, Qatar – August 2021 — As part of its strategic drive to strengthen its presence in Qatar’s fast-growing hospitality and food & beverage sectors, Al Sraiya Hotels & Hospitality Group officially announced the establishment of Diyafa Qatar in 2021 as its dedicated arm for managing and operating the Group’s expanding portfolio of F&B concepts.

The launch of Diyafa Qatar is a continuation of Al Sraiya Holding Group’s broader restructuring strategy, which focuses on formalizing specialized entities to act as vehicles for growth in each business sector. Just as Al Sraiya Hotels & Hospitality Group was established in 2015 to oversee the Group’s growing hotel assets and global hospitality partnerships, Diyafa Qatar was created to spearhead the F&B division and scale its presence both locally and regionally.

Today, Diyafa Qatar manages a dynamic and diverse portfolio of brands, including:

  • Saasna, a flagship homegrown concept that celebrates authentic Qatari cuisine in a refined, contemporary setting—widely recognized as a leader among premium local dining experiences.
  • Santa Nata Doha, the globally franchised concept known for its artisanal Portuguese tarts.
  • Sumosan Doha, an upscale Japanese contemporary dining destination that has quickly become a standout in Qatar’s fine dining landscape.

Looking ahead, Diyafa Qatar is planning to expand its fine dining portfolio further, aligned with the Group’s ambition to elevate Qatar’s culinary scene and meet the growing demand for sophisticated gastronomic experiences.

Commenting on the establishment, Sraiya Nasser Sraiya Al Kaabi, Executive Director of Al Sraiya Holding Group, stated:
