Doha, Qatar – December 2024 — The successful launch of Qatar Medicare 2024, held at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC) from December 3 to 5, signaled a major step forward for the healthcare and medical industry in Qatar. As the country’s first international healthcare and medical trade exhibition and conference, the event demonstrated the growing maturity of Qatar’s healthcare landscape—and the increasing regional significance of platforms that foster dialogue, innovation, and investment.
At the heart of this achievement was IFP Qatar, the exhibition’s organiser, whose experience and professionalism were key in delivering an event that was both technically robust and strategically impactful. From concept to execution, IFP Qatar played a leading role in bringing together stakeholders from across the healthcare spectrum and delivering a forum that aligns with Qatar’s development goals and global ambitions.
An Event Rooted in Vision and Purpose
Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Public Health and in partnership with the Qatar Chamber, Qatar Medicare 2024 welcomed over 100 exhibiting companies and attracted more than 6,000 visitors, including policy-makers, medical professionals, investors, and technology providers.
The event featured cutting-edge innovations in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, health infrastructure, digital medicine, and more—showcasing both local and international expertise. IFP Qatar’s organisational strength ensured that the platform facilitated not just product showcases, but also meaningful conversations around the future of healthcare in the region.
Speaking on the success of the event, Rashid Nasser Sraiya Al Kaabi, Vice Chairman and CEO of Al Sraiya Holding Group, said:
“Qatar Medicare 2024 is a clear reflection of Qatar’s commitment to advancing healthcare innovation and building sustainable ecosystems that bring together government, industry, and international partners.
