Doha, Qatar – May 2025 — The Westin Warsaw, a flagship European property of Al Sraiya Hotels & Hospitality Group, has been awarded the TakeCare Certification by Marriott International, recognizing the hotel’s commitment to employee well-being and workplace wellness.
The certification comes as part of Marriott’s global initiative to highlight hotels that go above and beyond in fostering a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment. The Westin Warsaw—owned by Al Sraiya Holding Group since 2017—implemented wellness programs such as “Sport Wednesdays,” which promote inter-departmental activity and team engagement.
The achievement reinforces Al Sraiya’s strategic focus on enhancing the quality and culture of its international hospitality operations.
“Together, we are making The Westin Warsaw a place where wellness thrives,” the hotel’s management shared in a public statement.
Located in the heart of Poland’s capital, The Westin Warsaw is a five-star hotel featuring 361 rooms, conference and wellness facilities, and LEED Silver environmental certification. It was acquired by Al Sraiya Holding Group in what was the first hotel transaction in Poland by a Middle East investor, marking a major milestone in the group’s European expansion.
This recognition follows a series of strategic investments by Al Sraiya Hotels & Hospitality Group across major international cities, including Munich, London, and Washington, D.C. The group’s growing hospitality portfolio reflects its long-term vision to align with Qatar National Vision 2030, focusing on sustainability, international standards, and workforce well-being.
As Al Sraiya continues its international growth, certifications such as Marriott’s TakeCare demonstrate its commitment not just to hospitality excellence—but to people.
